Metrics that Matter

Our philosophy on reporting is that any information that goes into your Recognition Management System can be analyzed and reported on, depending on what questions you'd like answered on a regular basis:

Which core values are being practiced and recognized most?
Which managers are participating most heavily in the program?
Who consistently gives out and/or receives the most non-monetary recognition?

While recognition data is helpful in improving upon employee engagement and managerial effectiveness, reporting is probably most important in an incentive program:

Which business unit is selling the most of your newest product?
Which sales reps are most improved over this time last year?
How does completion of the new product training module correlate to sales rep numbers for that product?
How much have participants in our wellness program decreased their healthcare costs this past year?
