Our philosophy on reporting is that any information that goes into your Recognition Management System can be analyzed and reported on, depending on what questions you'd like answered on a regular basis:
| • | Which core values are being practiced and recognized most? |
| • | Which managers are participating most heavily in the program? |
| • | Who consistently gives out and/or receives the most non-monetary recognition? |
While recognition data is helpful in improving upon employee engagement and managerial effectiveness, reporting is probably most important in an incentive program:
| • | Which business unit is selling the most of your newest product? |
| • | Which sales reps are most improved over this time last year? |
| • | How does completion of the new product training module correlate to sales rep numbers for that product? |
| • | How much have participants in our wellness program decreased their healthcare costs this past year? |
