G. Edward Brookshire ∼ President, COO & Founder
Prior to founding GiveAnything.com in 1999 and CorporateRewards.com in 2001, Edward spent 18 years in international advertising and marketing, most recently as a Senior Vice President of Bozell Worldwide (now part of IPG). He held several international roles and ran multi-million dollars accounts before moving to New York.
Edward´s extensive international experience includes postings in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East where his accomplishments include managing a core team in developing a global Bozell Intranet; managing profit centers in Europe and the Middle East; creating horizontal, brand-centric account structures for Chrysler and Jeep in Europe; launching the Chrysler brand in Korea; and working with the US Embassy, US lobbying groups, and the Japanese press to neutralize public opinion regarding the effect of rice imports to Japan.
Edward lives in New York City with his wife and two children.
Steve Perry ∼ CEO
Steve Perry has more than 24 years of experience in the design and implementation of human resources/payroll systems, database tools, and peer-to-peer internet software.
Before joining CorporateRewards Steve was founder and chairman of PowerPay Software, Inc., which developed rules driven, client/server HR and payroll software. The system is currently used by numerous Fortune 1000 companies, including Northrop Grumman, TRW, Dole Foods and BellSouth. In 1998, PowerPay Software was sold to Ceridian Employer Services, where it became the foundation of their online HR/Payroll offering.
Steve also founded Revelation Technologies in 1983, which is known for Advanced Revelation, its high end, PC-based, application development environment, and its Windows development environment, OpenInsight.
Steve has been a member of the Young President's Organization since 1988 and is active in several of their technology forums. He lives in the historic 808 Broadway building in New York City, which was featured in the book The Alienist.
Thomas Silk ∼ EVP, Sales & Marketing
Prior to joining GiveAnything.com in August of 2000, Tom worked in the mortgage industry as a senior loan officer, serving the tri-state area.
From 2001-2003, Tom sold our developing incentive solutions to over a dozen Fortune 1000 clients and recorded consecutive multi-million dollar sales years, proving instrumental in the early success of CorporateRewards. After being promoted to Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 2004, Tom took on the responsibility for the company's marketing initiatives, including search engine marketing and advertising. To date under Tom's watch, CorporateRewards.com serves Fortune 1000 clients in the automotive, banking, lending, manufacturing and wireless technology markets.
Tom lives in Glen Rock, NJ with his wife Andrea and three children.
